When does the program start?

From there, it’s designed to be completed over 6 weeks (about one lesson per week), but your kid or teen can move at their own pace.
Do I need to do this with my child?
No—this is designed so your kid or teen can go through it on their own.
But you’re always welcome to support them or talk through what they’re learning together.
What if my child or teen has more severe anxiety?
This program teaches practical tools that can help most kids and teens manage everyday anxiety.
However, it’s not a replacement for therapy if your child is struggling with more severe or ongoing mental health concerns.
How much time does it take?
